RUNWAY GLAM BIRTHDAY PARTIES

For an epic fashion party that your child will never forget, look no more! Fashion parties encourage creativity where kids can make one-of-a-kind creations, decorate a tote bag, embellish a mannequin, design a shirt, sew a tutu or make a pillow. These birthday party projects are perfect for fashion lovers. Our party professionals specialize in design, teaching quick techniques and guiding guests through their projects with plenty of time for food and cake. We provide all of the supplies like paint, fabric, feathers, sequin and sparkle so all you have to do is show up and be ready to create.

 

From young elementary age fashion lovers to pre-teen and teenage fashionista's, we customize all party projects based on the age of the birthday child to ensure enjoyment and optimize engagement. All parties have a 2 hour booking. A non-refundable payment of 50% is due to reserve your preferred party date and time. The remaining 50% (plus tax) is due 7 days before your party date. Failure to pay in full (7 days before your party date), will result in the cancellation of your booking. Please email THE FASHION SUITE to confirm availability for your desired date/time before clicking the BOOK NOW button below. Currently, we are only able to take party bookings at our facilities in Los Angeles, CA (DTLA) and Frisco, TX.

FASHION STAR - $495

THIS PACKAGE IS PERFECT FOR THE FASHION LOVER WHO WANTS TO RIP THE RUNWAY!

PARTY DEETS: This package features a 30 minute glam hair and make up session for party attendees. Guests will then rip the runway in their fashion looks and end the celebration with food & cake.

Standard Package Includes (Ages 7+):

- 8 kids included (There will be a $20 fee for every additional child)

- 30 min hair and make up session

- Colored hair add-in's available

- Includes party set up and personalized digital invite

- 1 (Large) Pizza & Lemonade provided*

- Party guests must arrive in their looks for the runway show

- Fashion Show for friends and family

*Additional pizza, wings and ice cream cups can be ordered at an added cost.

FASHION INFLUENCER - $695

THIS PACKAGE IS PERFECT FOR THE FASHION CREATIVE LOOKING TO DECORATE THEIR OWN ACCESSORY ITEM!

PARTY DEETS: This package features a special project where party attendees will create a one-of-a-kind accessory item (such as a tote, pouch or makeup bag). Guests will then rock the runway in their custom item and end the celebration with food & cake.

Standard Package Includes (Ages 7+):

- 10 kids ($25 for every additional child)

- Party goers will design their own special project - ACCESSORY ITEM

- Includes party set up, materials and personalized digitized invite

- 2 (Large) Pizza's & Lemonade provided*

- Ice cream cups not included but available at an additional fee

- Fashion Show for friends and family

*Additional pizza, wings and ice cream cups can be ordered at an added cost.

FASHION DESIGNER - $895

THIS PACKAGE IS PERFECT FOR THE BUDDING DESIGNER LOOKING TO MAKE THEIR OWN APPAREL PIECE!

 

PARTY DEETS: This package features a special project where party attendees will design a custom apparel item (such as a shirt, tutu or scrunchie). Guests will then rock the runway in their custom item and end the celebration with food & cake.

Standard Package Includes (Ages 7+):

- 13 kids ($30 for every additional child)

- Party goers will design their own special project - APPAREL ITEM

- Includes party set up, fabric, materials and personalized digitized invite

- 2 (Large) Pizza's & Lemonade provided*

- Ice Cream Cups

- Fashion Show for friends and family

*Additional pizza and wings can be ordered at an added cost.

OUR POLICIES: We understand that life happens. Our policies are in place to help our clients understand their responsibilities regarding cancellations, lateness, illness and other "life moments". All events require a non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 7 days before your event. If you cancel the party or fail to pay the remaining balance 7 days prior to your event, you will forfeit your deposit.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Should a party or event need to be cancelled due to inclement weather or other force majeure, a refund will be made within 7-10 business days.

IF YOU CANCEL: Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

DATE TRANSFER: We require three weeks advance notice for any date or time changes. We will do our best to accommodate your revised date change based on our availability. 

PRICING: We will contact you 10 days prior to your child's party to obtain a final guest count; this is the number we will use when determining your final balance. On the day of the event, you will be charged for any guests who were not included in your final guest count.

PARTY PROJECTS: Upon booking your event, you will receive communication from your personal party concierge with a list of projects for your child's age group. To ensure the success of your child's special project, we require a confirmation of the selected project at least 10 days prior to your event.
