WAIVER

Please note The Fashion Suite requires a waiver form to be signed for all participants under 18 years of age by their parent or guardian prior to attending a class, camp or workshop with The Fashion Suite. Click here for the waiver. 

DEPOSITS
 

All deposits are non-refundable. 

NO SHOWS

Any no-shows will forfeit their full class/workshop/camp fees.

IF WE CANCEL

Should The Fashion Suite cancel a class due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other force majeure, a refund will be made in full within 7-10 business days.

IF YOU CANCEL

FASHION CAMPS (KIDS): Should you need to cancel your child's registration for any reason 30 days prior to the start date of the camp, The Fashion Suite will process a refund (less a $25 non-refundable admin fee).

WORKSHOPS/CLASSES (ADULTS): All sales are final.

PARTIES

DATE TRANSFERS: We require a three week advance notice for any date or time changes. The Fashion Suite will do our best to accommodate your revised date based on availability.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Should a party or event need to be cancelled due to inclement weather or other force majeure, a full refund will be made within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS: Party or special event cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 

​

PRICING: We will contact you 10 days prior to your child's event to obtain a final guest count. This is the number we will use to determine your final bill amount. Payment in full is due 7 days before your event date. 

​

GUEST COUNT: On the day of the event, you will be charged for any guests who exceed your final guest count. 

​

GUEST AGES: Our parties are designed for guests ages 7 and up.
